Thatch Cottage in Buckland Newton, Dorset sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for six guests, a sitting room with open fire and a TV and a conservatory with TV. The bedroom consists of a ground-floor double, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front and rear lawn with stream, garden bench, and wooden swing, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub and please note that two small or one medium well-behaved dogs welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Thatched Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore all that Dorset has to offer. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
