The bedrooms consist of three doubles with hand basins, a double, a ground-floor double, a double with a single and a twin serviced by two bathrooms, a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a wrap-around terrace with furniture, a lawn and shared access to the tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool, there is also a lake. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and 0.3 a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Deer Leap House is a wonderful setting for a family gathering in Dorset. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
