The Old Haberdashery near Swanage, Dorset sleeps six guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, dishwasher, dining table for four and electric fire and sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin (zip/link) both serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is roadside parking available. Within 1.3 miles there is a shop, 0.3 miles a pub and 2.5 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests, but please bring bedding for this. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Note:Heavy structural work will be taking place on the adjoining property Monday to Friday from 7th 2023 November until 9th February 2024 (excluding 22nd December to 2nd January). Work is likely to happen between the hours of 8am to 4pm.

Please note there is heavy structural work taking place in the ajoining property, which may be noisy between the hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday's-Friday's until 4th of May 2024.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
