Alice’s Cottage in Burton Bradstock can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Alice’s Cottage has two bedrooms and ample living space. The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining room and sitting room with electric stove, plus conservatory. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.4 miles a pub and 0.2 miles a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot can be provided – there are stairgates in place. Alice’s Cottage is a delightful retreat in Dorset, all year round. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
