Waverley in Lyme Regis, Dorset, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a doble and a twin along with a bathroom, and a ground-floor shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is a decked veranda with furniture, an enclosed courtyard with furniture, and permit parking in Woodmead Halls long stay car park. One well-behaved small/medium fog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles and the beach in 0.3 miles. Highchair and travel cot available (please bring own bedding). WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Waverley is a wonderful base for exploring Dorset as a family. Note: Children should take care outside with the steps leading down from the veranda to the courtyard; please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Pub within 0.2 miles.Please note that the property is located on a quiet pedestrian only lane so while cars can not pull up outside, there is a trolley in the property to make moving your bags from the car to the front door much easier. Do take care as the lane is on a hill. As with many characterful properties, there are slopped ceilings in the bedroom with restricted head room in some parts.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
