The Old Garage in Lyme Regis, Dorset sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car in the garage. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Garage is a fabulous base for your next escape in Dorset. Note: 4ft drop from the decking to gravelled area, please take care and supervise children. Note: Garage has a space of 2.2m x 4.7m for car. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
