The Nest is a delightful Grade II listed cottage resting in the centre of Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Gas central heating with woodburning-effect stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within 5 minutes walk. Enclosed patio, furniture. Pet-friendly, sorry no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: If you wish the twin to be made up as a king-size please specify at the time of booking. Note: Children will need to be supervised in the garden so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There is a sofa bed in the snug which can accommodate a further two guests

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
