The Bakehouse is a charming cottage resting in the heart of Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Gas central heating. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc, in rent. One parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space & subject to availability) within 5 minutes walk. Gardens, summerhouse, patio, furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Apologies, but children under the age of 5 are not allowed at the property. Note: Please take care with children over the age of 5 in the gardens. There is a short bridged gully between the garden and the sitting room. This property only operates on a Friday Changeover, please bare this in mind when booking.
