Okanagan is an attractive first-floor apartment resting in the heart of Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. 

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, hairdryer. Smart TV, Pure music system, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 1 car along narrow passageway. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: When approaching the property through the passageway it is narrow (width of access approximately 1.9m) and has a slight kink as you go through - please take extreme care if using the parking space here and not a public car park. Note: The property is accessed via a fairly steep, external metal staircase so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: One well behaved dog is allowed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
