Lavender Cottage is a charming character cottage resting near to Lyme Regis in Devon and sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms.
Gas central heating. Electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. No allocated parking. Public car park a short walk from property, subject to availability and payable on site. Gravelled garden area with patio and furniture, the rear courtyard garden is open to the neighbours courtyard gardens, not fenced. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Car parking payable at location and subject to availability. Note: There are some narrow staircases at the property which may not be suitable for the very young, elderly or infirm so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Stairgates will not fit the staircase. Note: Due to the size and layout, the property is only suitable for bookings with a maximum of 5 adults and 1 child

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
