44 Fernhill heights is a terraced house resting in Charmouth, Dorset and can sleep four guests in two bedrooms. 

Electric heating. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer. TV with BT TV, CD player. WiFi included. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture. One well-behaved dog allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Laundry available on site, please bring coins to use it. Note: Reserved parking space plus parking off-road for several cars on site. Note: The holiday complex borders the Fernhill Hotel (seasonal opening) The Hotel Swimming Pool will normally be open between 10am-7pm daily, non-residents may book a 50min slot the day before/on the day, by calling 01297 560518 between 10am-12midday and making a non-refundable payment of £2 per person (adult or child), maximum 1 slot per household per day, no other form of communication will be accepted, phones will be switched off outside these times or when the allocation is full.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
