The Grainstore in Weymouth, Dorset can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, one with an open fire, and a dining room. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, two king-sizes (zip/link, can be twins on request) and a single serviced by a shower room. To the outside there is roadside parking and a patio area with seating. Within 1 mile there is a shop and within 0.4 miles there is a pub. Please note that two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Grainstore provides a charming escape to Dorset.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
