Lodge 12 in Downton, Hampshire, sleeps four in two bedrooms.  Lodge 12 is a single-storey lodge. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, Xbox One, 2 x TVs with Freeview and WiFi. The bedrooms include a double with TV and en-suite shower and a twin with TV, served by a shower room. To the outside is a front garden with terrace and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.3 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, this accommodation will not accept pets or smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: On-site facilities available at a charge include 2 x swimming pools, spa, gym, outdoor sports courts, fishing lake (rod license required), nature trail, playground areas, indoor arcade, 5-a-side football pitch (free between 10am and 6pm). Lodge 12 is a charming base in Hampshire.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
