The Shippon is one of two beautiful barn conversions positioned on a private farmstead and surrounded by glorious countryside. A short distance from the coast and the market town of Axminster it makes for an ideal base to explore the region. The barn is approached from the front deck into a large open plan light and airy living space with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning stove. Squashy sofas in the centre with a country kitchen and raised dining area at either end. Down 3 steps from the kitchen end to the master bedroom with TV, stable door and en-suite shower room. Up three steps from the dining area to two further bedrooms, a twin and a super-king. A family bathroom with bath and shower over. To the front a large decked patio with seating. Parking for 2 cars. Note: There is a sloped gravel path to the entrance and steps within the property.
Central heating, wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV in sitting room and in bottom ground floor bedroom with Freeview and DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, £50 per fee for the second dog. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio, gravel garden to the front with patio furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a sloped gravel path to the entrance and steps within the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
