Waterland Old Barn, Bradworthy, Devon, sleeps six in three bedrooms. Waterland Old Barn consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining space for six, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, plus an external games room with pool table, dart board and games. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a first-floor double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, decking, furniture, off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (£25 charge for 2nd dog). Within 1 mile or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Note: Pond in garden and running water in wider grounds. Note: This property which sleeps 6, can be booked with Ref. 1119372, (Waterland Farmhouse) which sleeps 10 together sleeping up to 16 guests.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
