Seascape in Woolacombe, Devon sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Seascape consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for ten guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms all have TVs and consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, a ground-floor double and a ground-floor bunk with en-suite shower room, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, decking, furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.8 miles, a pub and within 1.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Seascape is a wonderful base for your next Devon adventure.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
