Hare Barn has an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric range oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, dishwasher, popcorn maker and a coffee machine, a dining area with seating for ten, a lounge area with Smart TV and a shared games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, darts board and a selection of games and DVDs. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), a super-king-size (zip/link), a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double and a double with en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor bathroom, a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture, pizza oven and barbecue, 11-acres, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Please note that three well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with highchair and travel cot. Hare Barn is a wonderful escape for a family in Devon.

Three well-behaved dogs welcome at £25 each per full or part week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 3.4 miles. Note: There are steps up to the downstairs bedroom area. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
