Inside you will also find a kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining area. To the outside is off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Resting in a pleasant location and close to scenic attractions, No 9 is a lovingly retreat in a wonderful part of England.
Gas central heating. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Public car park for parking. Enclosed garden to the rear with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The courtyard garden has steps so care must be taken with children. Linens including tea towels are provided, however you may wish to bring your own pillows as the owner does not have access to facilities to deep clean pillows. Note - Check in time is now 6pm and check out time is 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
