This Grade II listed cottage rests in Plymouth, Devon and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Clover Cottage is an impressive Grade II listed cottage resting on the outskirts of Plymouth in easy reach of the amenities of Hooe in Devon. There is one king-size bedroom served by a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping a total of two guests. The cottage also hosts a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the front of the property is a designated parking space for one car as well as a waterside lawned garden with furniture, while a second garden can be accessed to the rear via the stairs. Clover Cottage is a beautiful romantic retreat, in a fabulous location from which to explore Devon's coast. Please note: This property does not allow children.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The cottage has steep, winding stairs and are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Note: The rear garden is accessed via the stairs. Please note: This property does not allow children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
