The Grottoes rests in Torquay, Devon and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms The Grottoes consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar seating, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave, a living/dining room with Smart TV, gas fire, and dining seating, and a game room. The bedrooms consist of two lower-ground-floor king-size with en-suites, lower-ground-floor king-size, and lower-ground-floor twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a cloakroom with WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot available. Outside, there is a side patio with furniture, side decking with furniture, and off-road parking for one car (or two small cars). Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: There are lots of stairs / steps and a spiral staircase, may not suitable for those with limited mobility or very young children. Please Note - EV Charging is not authorised at the property. Please Note - No Stag or Hen parties or party groups. Please Note - To include the hot tub for your stay, there will be a £175 supplement that will need to be added.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
