This smart designer lodge is privately set in grounds of the owners home and sleeps up to 5 people in two bedrooms. Orchard Retreat is a modern designer lodge in the grounds of the owner’s home. The interior is exceptionally comfortable and stylish, with a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has full height, floor to ceiling windows which give lovely views across the garden. A traditional wood burning stove ensures that this is a cosy year round retreat. Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements; the double room has glazed sliding doors to the decked seating area and a bunk room which is ideal for families; with the bottom bunk being a small double and the top bunk a single bed. Outside a wooden deck spans the length of the lodge and overlooks a private garden with table and chairs; ideal for bird watching or simply relaxing. Here, you are within easy reach of the stunning Jurassic Coast in Dorset and just a short drive to the cathedral city of Exeter, making it the perfect base for exploring both beautiful counties.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
