Driftwood in Exmouth, Devon can sleep ten in five bedrooms.  The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining space and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include four doubles, one with en-suite shower, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is paid parking in a car park at the end of the street, and there is an enclosed garden with beach access. One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Breakaway to Driftwood for a wonderful escape to Devon. Note: The twin bedroom can be closed or opened to make a family suite with a double bed. Please note, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Please note: Between November and February maximum 7 nights, longer stays at owners discretion.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
