This impressive townhouse is close to beach and sleeps up to eleven people in five bedrooms. In the heart of the popular seaside resort of Teignmouth, is Sunny Mount, a beautiful Victorian terraced townhouse. Retaining some original features, Sunny Mount has been lovingly refurbished to offer stylish holiday accommodation with a nautical theme - including portholes and a pirate chest! The fabulous kitchen/diner has a glass roof, and is the real focal point of the house. This enormous room, with a snug at one end has a real holiday feel. Doors lead out to the small courtyard with a patio and a covered area complete with garden furniture. Over the upper two floors are 5 bedrooms, the master double and the second floor double bedroom both have views across the roof tops to the beach and pier. The bunk room is ideal for both children and adults. A short walk takes you to the award-winning sandy beach which features a promenade, Victorian pier and huge children's play park with water fountains. Teignmouth also offers a wonderful selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. With the train station and passenger ferry to Shaldon within easy walking distance you can leave the car behind.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
