12 Salisbury Terrace in Teignmouth, Devon sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. 12 Salisbury Terrace consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, radio, breakfast bar for two, dining table for six, woodburning stove, books, games, and armchair, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear, south-facing garden with raised decking, patio, and furniture, plus public car parks nearby. Sorry, no smoking. From 10th March the property will be pet-free. Make memories with a stay at 12 Salisbury Terrace. Note: Steps down from decking to patio area. Note: A few steps up into property hallway. Note: Weekly parking permits are available at the train station, currently 19.50 GBP a week in the winter and 34.50 GBP in the summer.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
