Vigo Cottage in Tavistock, Devon, sleeps three guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. EV charger at extra cost. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.3 miles, and Rover Tavy in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a stairgate is available. Vigo Cottage is a charming dwelling, perfect for exploring Devon. Note: Two baskets of wood supplied for woodburner, additional baskets can be purchased and money placed in honesty jar. Note: The staircase is very steep; please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
