Seagrass, Bideford, in Devon, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Seagrass consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, dining space, and sitting area with woodburning stove, plus first-floor games room. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed patio and lawn with hot tub, barbecue, and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Please note: a gardener will be on site every Friday. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and included, additional ones are charged at GBP 20 each. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included. Make memories with a stay at Otters Leap. Note: Restricted head height in sitting room. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
