Dassel Cottage is a delightful, family-friendly cottage resting in West Buckland near Barnstaple, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for four people, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a TV, a utility with a freezer and washing machine, a sitting room with a TV and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, both with TVs, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a shared field, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 7.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 4.6 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
