The Hawthorns in North Molton, Devon, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, woodburning stove, and Freeview TV with a selection of books and DVDs, and a utility with washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a twin, and a bunk room, serviced by a bathroom and a ground-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a rear lawn, decked area with furniture, barbecue and hot tub, a shared 6-acre field with children's play area, and off-road parking on the shared driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Guests also have access to a shared games room with a pool table, table tennis, table football, air hockey, and TV. The Hawthorns is a wonderful base for a family escape to Devon. Note: Fuel for the woodburner is available Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
