Springside in Woody Bay, Devon, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  Springside is a second-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a utility/cloakroom with washer/dryer, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, and a twin, both with en-suites. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, and allocated parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property and sorry, no pets. You'll find a shop in 1.1 miles and a pub in 2.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Springside is a wonderful base for a family break to Devon. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: As expected in this more rural coastal location, there is no mobile phone signal available and WiFi is slower than usual; a landline has been provided for emergency calls only. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
