Superb well-equipped barn conversion, is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the outskirts of Slapton Village, this wonderful property sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Bothy is a superb well-equipped barn conversion presented to an excellent standard throughout and is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and lies on the outskirts of the village of Slapton with Torcross, and its intriguing history and unspoilt shingle beach close by. There are two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, bedroom one is furnished with a zip and link super king-size bed (which can be separated into two singles beds on request) and bedroom two is furnished with a king-size bed. The shower room is fitted to a high standard with large walk-in shower cubicle with rain-head shower and separate hand -held attachment. The open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room is furnished to a high quality with modern co-ordinating furniture, a feature wood burning stove and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. To the side of the property is a large decked terrace with a glass balcony and outdoor furniture with a further lower level gravelled terrace with firepit available for guests to enjoy, both enjoying wonderful countryside views across the valley and with ample parking for up to four cars on the gravelled drive. The Bothy offers luxury accommodation for a small family or two couples, and is a paradise for bird watchers.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
