10 Exeter Road in Silverton, Devon, sleeps three guests in two bedrooms. This thatched cottage has two bedrooms, a double and a single, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room with an electric, flame-effect stove. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer, and for entertainment, there is a TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Outside, there is roadside parking and a rear multilevel garden with decking (may be slippery when wet) and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Due to the age and status of the cottage, there are beams and wonky ceilings (those 5’10” tall and above should take extra care), the stairs are steep however there is a rope handrail, but overall, this property may not be suitable for small children and those with limited mobility. Jean's Cottage is a traditional escape to Devon.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
