Puffins in Sidmouth, Devon can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Puffins consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for four, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, kettle, DAB radio, and a sitting room with a Smart TV, DVD player, and electric flame-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, and there is a bathroom with a bath, thermostatic shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and roadside parking available (spaces can be found outside or very near the property the majority of time - Brewery Lane is a quiet road with houses only one side.) Highchair, travel cot and stair gate available upon request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Guests can find the closest shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and in 0.6 miles, a beach. Enjoy your idyllic coastal break with your loved ones. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are a few steps up to the front door. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200GBP.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
