The Lodge rests in Dawlish Warren, Devon, and sleeps for people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double with a TV and storage, and a bunk room with a TV and storage, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking to the front of the property. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.8 miles you will find a pub, and within 1.3 miles you will find the beach, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Lodge is a lovely dwelling for a family break to Devon. Note: There are steps down from the patio doors to the lawn.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
