Surf View is a stunning, detached home resting in Woolacombe, Devon and can sleep 14 guests in 7 bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an . electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, x2 fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for 14 guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite shower, a king-size, a ground-floor double with TV and en-suite shower, two ground-floor twins with Tv and en-suite showers, along with a games room. In the external building there is a super-king-size with TV and en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and TV. Outside, there is a large garden with ample furniture and storage, along with off-road parking for 6 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and a highchair and travel cot are available. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Please do not climb the steps in the garden or allow pets in the bedrooms. Whisk your loved ones to Surf View for a seaside escape. Note: Guests can ask for a pass for the close-by holiday park to use on-site facilities. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
