Sunrise View in Seaton, Devon, sleeps five guests in two bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed. The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine, and a living/dining room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is permit parking for Orchard car park, and unallocated roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop, pub and the beach in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sunrise View is a wonderful abode for a Devonshire escape. Note: The apartment is accessed via an internal staircase. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
