Hosting three bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms (both zip/link can be super-king-size on request), along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and sofa bed, and an unheated garden room which also has a cot and highchair. Outside there are two separate sitting areas with furniture and a gas barbecue, and private parking for three cars. As well as local Taxis a bus passes by the door, and there's a train station at nearby St. Germans. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays. Please note: Short break stays must commence on a Saturday/Wednesday. The owner does not put up Christmas decorations but guests are welcome to put up their own

No extra pet charge or Housekeeping bond. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: This property has wheelchair access. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays. Please note: Short break stays must commence on a Saturday/Wednesday. Note; The owner will offer a 10% discount for month long bookings. You will need to call through Sykes cottages to use this discount. In the garden room you will find a cot, high chair, 4 beach chairs and in the cupboard a small portable BBQ, there's a wheelbarrow to trundle it and your chairs to the beach should you wish. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
