The Eastleigh is an exceptional first-floor apartment resting in the seaside town of Seaton in Devon and sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

Smart TV, DVD player, games console, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park a short walk from property, subject to availability and 1 e-permit supplied for Orchard car park. Secure storage in the garage for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc, and a charger point for electric bikes and dry hanging space for wet suits and muddy boots. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Care must be taken with children around the balcony so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Though the property is on the first-floor there is level access to the rear with a ramp to allow easy access.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
