The Cottage can sleep six people in three ground floor bedrooms, each with their own en suite facilities. Inside the lofty, beamed, open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area, has a wood burning stove and French windows. Outside is a huge decked terrace with table and chairs, and panoramic views to Dartmoor over the owners' 205 wooded acres. Centrally located for exploring Devon, The Cottage is a peaceful base in lovely countryside.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed terrace garden with indoor pool. Gas BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. Note: This property is approached over ½ mile rough hardcore farm track. Note: Indoor heated swimming pool is available from 9am to 7pm and at other times by arrangement. Note: Paddocks and a covered yard are available for horses, by arrangement. Note: Disposable BBQ's are not allowed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
