There is a king-size mezzanine bed accessed via a ladder which is serviced by an en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear terrace with furniture as well as designated parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. You can find a shop and a pub in 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Beach Hut 5 is a wonderful choice for you and your loved one to explore Devon.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
