This lovely holiday home sleeps seven people in three bedrooms with one family bathroom (first floor), and one shower room (ground floor). There is a superb open plan kitchen/dining room with a central island/breakfast bar and large pine table and two double sofas to seat all guests comfortably, as well as a delightful lounge with a TV, DVD and Playstation 2 to entertain, and a lobby/porch in the hallway to store bags. Outside there is a large, sun baked, stone paved terrace at the front of the property with table, chairs and a barbecue. This is a fantastic base for an extended family to holiday in south Devon, providing all weather entertainment not only in the property, but within its surrounding beaches, town centre, and neighbouring chocolate box villages.
Gas fired central heating. Gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine. TV, DVD and Playstation 2. Parking for 1-2 cars in garage/forecourt. Large, sun baked, stone paved terrace at the front of the property with a BBQ. Bed linen and towels provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels. WiFi available. Strictly No Smoking

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
