This elevated ground-floor duplex apartment rests in Salcombe, Devon and can sleep 4four people in two bedrooms. The sofabed can accommodate 2 extra guests and linen can be requested at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The Keel Row is an exceptional elevated ground-floor apartment resting in the charming town of Salcombe in Devon. There are two bedrooms in the property, consisting of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, served by a bathroom, sleeping a total of six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an electric fire and a sofa bed, and a conservatory. Outside you will find a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as a rear courtyard. There is designated off-road parking for two cars too. The Keel Row is a scenic base from which to explore the coast of Devon with family or friends.

Note: There is a flight of steps to access to this property, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The use of candles is strictly prohibited. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
