There are two bedrooms in the third-floor apartment including a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds with an en-suite shower room and a king-size also with an en-suite shower room, sleeping six guests in total. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with a private balcony. Outside are communal gardens and a shared outdoor swimming pool, as well as a designated parking space in the car park for one car and mooring. 37 The Salcombe is a beautiful holiday home to base your escape to the coast.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,TV and WiFi available in the reception area. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated parking space in car park for one car. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Communal gardens and shared outdoor swimming pool. Strictly No Smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. WiFi. There is a communal laundry room situated in the building for guests use. Please bring your beach towels!

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
