Sleeps 2/3- Fold-down double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area with single sofa bed (by request) and a Wonderboom Speaker. New bathroom for 2021 with bath and high pressure power shower with 3 settings, basin, WC, heated towel rail, noise free night light. Ground-floor communal utilities including coin operated washing machine and dryers.

This third-floor studio apartment rests in Salcombe's beautiful waterfront with a good sized balcony and spectacular views. No 34 can sleep up to three people  Salcombe 34 is a third-floor studio apartment on the beautiful Salcombe waterfront. The studio-style apartment comes with a pull-down double bed, a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area with a single sofa bed, which can be made up on request, however ideally suited for two people. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a communal utility on the ground floor. The apartment has a private balcony with table and chairs and access to a communal garden and outdoor swimming pool. Salcombe 34 is a superb base in Devon.

Neff electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge with ice-box, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (sofa bed by request). Reserved parking for one car. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Private mooring for a boat up to 5m in overall length. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. Balcony with table and chairs. Access to communal garden, slipway, pontoon & outdoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking allowed. Adjacent to shops, pubs and restaurants.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
