Ground floor apartment on Salcombe's waterfront, sleeping four guests in one bedroom and one sofa bed. 3 The Salcombe is located in central Salcombe, on the beautiful waterfront, with stunning estuary views. A one bedroom flat, with a sofa bed in the lounge, this property has one bathroom and can sleep up to four people. This apartment has open plan living, and a poolside terrace with four garden chairs and two sun beds. Residents have use of a communal garden, seasonal outside pool, mooring and each flat has an allocated parking space.
Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Freesat TV, hi-fi radio and CD system. Hot water by electric water heater. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. Strictly No Smoking. There is a communal laundry room situated in the building for guests use. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath towels provided – guests need to bring their own beach towels. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
