This ground-floor apartment rests within the centre of Salcombe and sleeps up to four people, in two bedrooms.  3 The Elms is a ground-floor apartment resting within the centre of Salcombe. It comes with two bedrooms comprising a king-size double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, you will also find a designated car parking space for one car. 3 The Elms is a wonderful retreat for spending time with your loved ones.

Gas central heating. Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Designated parking for one small car, Parking space marked 3 outside the property. Strictly No Smoking. One pet welcome at £25 per week. Pub and shop within 0.2 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
