There are two bedrooms in the cottage sleeping four guests, comprised of a ground-floor king-size and a lower-ground-floor twin, served by a lower-ground-floor bathroom. The cottage is also home to a kitchen and a first-floor living/dining room with an electric woodburning effect fire. Outside is a gravelled and lawned garden with furniture as well as roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Springfield Cottage is a fabulous family holiday cottage for your escape to Devon.

Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Please note: Linen not provided for the sofa bed. Roadside parking. Gravelled outside space with furniture. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: There is steep step access to the property which may not be suitable for those less able. Note: Outside space has a right of way to neighbours which they very occasionally pass through. Note: Outside space can be accessed via the first floor. Note: This property may not be suitable for people that are infirm or with mobility issues.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
