Shangri-La is a stunning, reverse-level house resting in Bideford, Devon and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. The living areas in the reverse-level property include a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with a range with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with a TV, a utility with a fridge and washing machine, a first-floor snug/sun room and a games room. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and two ground-floor twins, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is a multi-level garden accessed via the first floor with lawn, decking, a pond and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
