Gloccamaura in Bovey Tracey, Devon, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV and a woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer, and a snug with TV and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suites, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, decking, furniture, barbecue and a hot tub, and ample off-road parking One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. Gloccamaura is a wonderful base for a family break to Devon. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
