Lowarth Chi in Polruan, Cornwall sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  Lowarth Chi consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric Rangemaster with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, barbecue and picnic table, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and pub and within 1.4 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome (more considered on request) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Note: There are seven steps up to the property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
