Applestow in Northam, Devon, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Applestow consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, a living/dining room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single day bed, along with a bathroom. It has a hairdryer as well. Enclosed rear courtyard garden with patio, furniture, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove in the winter only, bed linen and towels all included in the rent. Applestow makes a delightful base for a getaway to Devon. Note: There are steps in garden. Note: No parties allowed. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Please be respectful of neighbours and mindful of noise levels if out in garden during the evening. Note: Please leave all used linen in bath. Note: Toilet seat is quick release and can sometimes become unseated, please take care. Note: Please do not switch off dehumidifiers in kitchen and bathroom.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
